Returns & Exchanges

I understand sometimes you need to see something in person to know if it is right for you. It is important to me that you to truly love your new jewelry. If for any reason you do not, please email me at hello@juelhartmann.com within 10 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Returns are accepted of unworn jewelry in it's original packaging.

Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Nov 1 - Dec 22 has an extended return policy to cover gift giving.

Shipping charges are non refundable.

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

Please consider shipping with insurance as I can not be responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

I use recycled sterling and fine silver + recycled 14kt and 18kt gold. I do purchase some made in the USA necklace chains that may or may not be made with recycled metals.

Oxidized silver is sterling silver that has been patinaed, surface color altered, with the use of sulfur. Oxidization will happen to silver naturally over time with exposure to oxygen. Which is why it is important to store all bright silver jewelry in an airtight bag or box if you want to maintain the bright finish.

Using warm water and a mild soap gently scrub with soft toothbrush. Dry thoroughly with a soft cotton cloth.

USPS provides tracking with in the USA. International orders shipping with USPS will not have tracking once they leave the USA.

Please note once packages are in the possession of mail carriers I have no control over shipping times.

I stand behind my work and am happy to offer repairs free of charge on jewelry you have purchased form me when the repair is due to a production issue. Please contact me directly about the repair and we can discuss next steps.

Repairs not related to production issues (such as your two year old bending the design out of shape, it's happened!) will incur a fee. Please contact me directly so I can determine if the repair is possible and what it will cost.
