All JHJ is mindfully handmade to order by yours truly. Standard production time is 4-14 days. It is my goal to get your new treasures to you as quickly as possible and will send your order sooner when possible.

I am not responsible for package that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. For a nominal fee you can purchase insurance through ShipInsure at checkout. Bonus (!!!) ShipInsure adds complementary Carbon Removal with every insurance purchase though Running Tide.

Any international taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

All Packaging is recycled or FSC certified and reusable and/or recyclable and plastic free.

Each piece of jewelry is individually packaged in a branded Juel Hartmann drawer box.

For discretion your order will arrive in a plain envelope.
